Responsibilities : Maintaining productive relationship with personnel within Customer Service Department. Improving efficiency and effectiveness of all Customer Service Officer (CSO)
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining productive relationship with personnel within Customer Service Department.
- Improving efficiency and effectiveness of all Customer Service Officer (CSO) and Technicians.
- Monitoring and developing capabilities of current CSOs and Technicians.
- Hiring additional capable CSO(s) and Technicians to grow customer coverage whenever necesarry.
- Working closely with Sales Manager and Corporate Sales Manager to provide excellent customer service support to all Yuki customers and dealers.
- Meeting customer service coverage and revenue target set by upper management to receive attractive incentives.
- Report directly to Sales & Marketing Director.
Requirements :
- Between 28 – 40 years old.
- Must hold a bachelors (S1) degree.
- At least 3 years experience managing customer service department.
- Has prior experience developing CSOs.
- Capable of driving motorcycle and car. Must own motorcycle/car.
- Possess excellent leadership qualities.
- Capable of interacting in English.
- Proficient with Microsoft office.
- Friendly and pleasant personality.
- Has intergrity.

- Siapkan dokumentasi yang berhubungandengan pemasangan produk YUKI; warranty card dll.
- Terima komplain konsumen dari Sales Department berupa email dan update Sales Department perihal tindakan yang dilakukan oleh Customer Service Department untuk menyelesaikan komplain konsumen.
Requirements :
- Usia 20 – 30 tahun.
- Minimal pendidikan SMU/SMK/D3/S1 di semua bidang.
- Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman di bidang admin.
